MEET FOUNDER EMILY ANNE EVANS

I launched Photon Moment Creative in January of 2025 to take my freelance work to the next level — making my passion for the collaborative development and publication of books into a full-time career.

Along with more than 25 years of independent contract work as a designer, photographer, and writer/editor, I founded and ran multiple small arts-based businesses, including an artist co-op and a record label. I have also worked as the press manager for a community-based press and in marketing for nonprofits and family-owned businesses.

While receiving my BFA in Visual Communications and Photography at School of the Art Institute of Chicago, I received multiple awards for my work with the student newsmagazine. My training there planted the seed for loving what I do today.
